Tracking Tijuana River pollution in the South Bay region of San Diego, CA. This dashboard sees around 300 users per week and has gotten attention by the Office of President of the United States and has received an award for public health regional support

This is a simple dashboard for tracking COVID, RSV, and Flu cases in San Diego using county public health data. Additionally, it uses Epinow2 to produce a 3 week forcast for anticipating changes and giving county public health the opportunity to proactively respond to case loads. It is used in the county's internal weekly reporting. This work is modular and was reused for other regions, including Guam and American Somoa.

The ILI dashboard above uses configuration files and environment variables to support multiple data sources and presentation styles. This was utilized to quickly create a dashboard for monitoring Aedes Aegypti mosquitos (transmit Dengue Fever among other things) in World Cup cities. Prioritizing which cities need to perform standing water checks and treatments.Â
